Testimony!
Earlier this morning I got to eat of some fruit. But first, let me lead with this,
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits. -- Proverbs 18:21.
I have a friend who I hadn't heard from in a couple weeks, so one day I sent her a message on Facebook. Little did I know that it was a divine appointment. Earlier today, some time after I sent the message, we found ourselves catching up. She went on to tell me that at that very moment I sent that message, and the time preceding it, she was struggling. That very moment she was doubting herself, doubting that God saw her as His daughter and doubting in her faith. Then she told me something that rocked me and made me praise God. At the exact same moment she reached a point feeling pitiful, lost and abandoned that message came through on her phone.
She had to pull over her car to cry, and it was the words she needed to hear from God.
I didn't share any deep theological truths with her, I didn't preach, I simply shared the simple love of Christ at the very moment God needed to speak.
You never know when you're going to impact the world, so remember your every move could be advancing the kingdom. My first youth pastor ( Chris and Davi Brooks ) had signs hanging the doors that said "You are now entering your mission field". How true that is.
Think on this, and have a blessed day! All glory to God! Love all of y'all!
